To Aqua: Eh, correct me if I am wrong here but, I don't think Terra is coming back only because they can't build anywhere because there is stuff everywhere. If I am wrong than great! I would love to have Terra Celestis as a near-by neighbor but, if they haven't rebuilt by now, well, lets just say the chances are quite slim.
