Its based upon a pizza pie eating system. You get reputation increase in accordance to what type of toppings you eat on your pizza pie. The more toppings the more value the pie has. Meat tends to have a higher value rate than veggies, with the exception of banana peppers. Also something to note anchovies will bring your rating down 1 point, as will going 48 hours without eating a pizza pie. I know this sounds confusing but I will try to explain.
Say I ate a green pepper pizza pie on monday and a double XXL meat lovers pizza pie on thursday, with my original score being a 4/10. My score would go up 1 point to 5/10 but then back down to 4/10 on wednesday because I had gone 48 hours without eating a pizza pie. Now by the time i got done with that meat lovers pizza pie my score would be up to 10/10. This is due to the fact that it had pepperoni, sausage, and bacon on it and all of these meats are worth 2 points each.
I know this can be confusing but I think you will get it as time goes on.
