You realize that the ender chests will be a world wide accessed thing right? We will not have personal chests.

That seems to have changed:

Changed Ender Chests to be per player, but also made you lose the Eye of Ender if you knock the chest down (so no free carrying around)

Once 1.3 is released, use two ender chests (one in your home and one at your spawners) to safely transport items.

Also changing your /home spot sometimes helps and just for safety every time i tp to home or spawn or trade i always keep my finger over the esc button. If i tp into the ground i log out immediately and back in and I'll be on top of the ground and won't die.

If possible, Intelli should hook up the trade chests to an open network so if a player chooses, he/she can view trade in the chests live and contribute from very far away
