The top thing on my priority list is a once daily updated overworld survival map for the server, either top down 2D or isometric. A bonus would the ability to toggle realm ownership, but its not necessary.
A must for me would be a map that can easily downloaded and saved if possible as a Jpeg on png.

(That way if one was to save the maps daily.... Picts=Frames + Time = Multiply Frames which can be compiled to make an animation ^^) I could make an animated gif of the changes to the server over a prolonged period of time.

I would like a plugin coded that stops players being able to fly. This plugin will just set them back on the ground, even if they try to fly. That way we can have players that will follow that rule, as they cannot break it.

A nice little add-on in my opinion would be to have more than one owner in a realm; that person would have all the same rights as the main owner such as adding and removing other members from the realm excluding the other owner(s). A lot of times it's happened where an owner of a realm decides to stop showing up or has been banned. After the 30 days have passed the realm goes to the co-owner of the realm. Ofcourse if the primary owner is still around only he has the right to sell the realm. This would be reeeally useful. Just an idea. :o

When a brand new player logs in they can't chat or access main map til they complete a small tutorial map that is basically a "maze" of questions (all answers can be found in the guide or they can guess but will take longer)
Once they successfully complete the maze they enter main spawn and can chat.

Make a "ban appeal" and "ban request" forum account that players can PM. Have the staff review them & PM directly with the player(s) involved. Will get a LOT of negativity off the forums.

Have players send their feedback to a forum account "App Feedback". This way you still get the feedback but it will keep some of the negativity off the forums

For me, I'd love to see the world map back again. I'm sure players could bear 15 minutes of lag for a nice world map. Would be nice to be able to download it as a png as well, even a monthly map would be appreciated!

Secondly, I'd like a credits based shop system where players put a sign on a chest saying the cost and when anyone takes an item Out of the chest they are charged that cost. There could also be buyin chests where when a player puts an item in the chest they are payed the set amount. The sign would say something like:

Another thing I've thought of is a chat for the /event like a /e but only if you have been to the current event.

Anyway, that's everything I've thought of for now... A system which allows people to buy and sell while offline would be amazing though.

If you're feeling ambitious, though, I know that quite a few players would love and benefit from a player-stocked, automated shop system like the one mentioned here. If you're looking for the perfect addition to your already fantastic server, I'd say that would be it.
