I was basically afk, meaning not moving at all... anyway, I didnt think it neccesarry to sneak when in my own hidden closed room with signs saying "private" and "dont grief/steal".

I instantly /msg Intelli who was online at the time. He came, and simply proclaimed "Stealing in the Nether is allowed."

And apparently grieving is allowed in the nether as well since Cannabin0l broke in destroying my wall in the progress...

Nuff said... it seems
