No, I understand you don't want typos. I just think it will damage the credibility of the whole thing, when you demand people who can at least spell-check their own posts, and then you can't be bothered to do it yourself. It makes it look like you are demanding more effort and commitment from the applicants than you are willing to put forth yourself. It is not true, I know how much effort you have already put into this, but that is the appearance you are putting forth.
You realize if they do stir up an angry mob situations, the arena is gonna flop, right? It needs a decent number of people participating to actually work. If tons of people are thinking some of the refs are rigging it, then they will probably forgo participating. I wasn't asking whether you would take action against a ref who is called out publicly, I was asking if you would protect a ref who is called out publicly.
