I'm just throwing out a few things to think about:

Have some purpose for a guild beyond wanting to be a guild leader. The best guild leaders make the people in the guild better, not themselves.

Expect to invest a lot of time and grow slowly. Minecraft has a lot of churn, especially with younger players. They haven't developed patience and many are more concerned with what you can offer them rather than what they can do for the guild. Expect drama. Expect to go through a lot of people as you build up your cadre of good guild members.

Compare it to the staff rank on the server. Almost everyone claims they want to be staff, but only a few have shown the patience, maturity, and stability to become staff. You will see a similar situation with guild members. It can be very disappointing.

(Note that I make some broad statements here. I know there can be exceptions).

Easy ways to get credits fast:

1.make a grinder or use a pub one, and enchant eff 3 or 4 diamond picks, go to the nether and netherrack strip mine <also a good way to come upon nether quartz which sells for a lot>
2. enchant books and sell then
3. enchant a eff 3 and 4 shovel and dig 3 blocks deep, then strip minein the dirt, after that replace all the dirt
4. dig a realm to bedrock
5. going mining, you will get rescources to sell and you will get credits from digging the cobble
6. just build a giant building
7.Just enchant diamond tools and sell them <--- that one is a real good way
theres probally aton more ways but theres a few^^^^
