No where does the first number of credits come from . I know that the tickets help more and more on the lottery winning gain more and more, but would the first few come from the same thing. I would be shocked that 100,000cr could pop out just from the first few tickets.

You are misunderstanding how a lottery works. The total jackpot is made up of ticket sales. No credits are put into the pot before hand.
For example, if only 1 ticket was purchased in the entire lottery (for 500rc), the jackpot would be 500rc. 2 tickets, 1000rc jackpot. 3 tickets, 1500rc jackpot. Get the idea?

Don't know if the lottery was taxed or not, so didn't include it in the above example

Well, can you prove this theory? I doubt that it work - and there are other ways of losing money (i.e. by consumption of goods). I would like to hear what Intelli's intention was - but I doubt that he would speak to us...

It was put into place for inflation control. There aren't enough other ways to remove credits from circulation to prevent inflation if we just rely on realm purchasing.

And the credits do get destroyed when they are taxed.

How did that system work? As I recall, it was removed in 3.0, just a bit before I joined for the first time.
