By saying that you are kind of insinuating that there is a completely reasonable, honest and understandable reason for why the realm was transferred to Chubsy. In which case, what's the problem with letting everyone know what that reason is?

Also, it's a realm that would have been up for sale eventually (under normal circumstances), which is the business of the general public of minerealm. So, to some degree, it's fairly understandable that people would want to know what is going on.

Usually when you hide information like this people are just going to conclude there was some form of foul play. So whether there was or not, you might as well just let everyone know the truth.

Privacy. There may very well be a superb reason, but other considerations might be keeping us from fully explaining.

Disbanding realms are the public's concern only to a certain extent; players that were members of a disbanded realm or otherwise directly connected to it have FAR more right to be involved.

Eh, true. Conversely, people should not jump to the conclusion that there's necessarily something shady going on, then start yelling about it. Instead, they should probably try asking, and then wait and see the response first.

I know that the realm used to be Chubsy's, and that he gave it to Ninjalo.

You got one part right, It used to be mine. The other part about me giving it to Ninjalo isn't true. Ninjalo logged onto my account and gave it to himself. After he was prema banned i talked to rokkr about what had happend. He looked into it and talked to intelli about the situation.

When I brought it up in chat, I was told to "drop it, it has already been taken care of." However, I think we deserve an explanation, and not just for it to be pushed under the carpet.

I must of not been online or seen you bring it up in chat. Every person that has asked me about it I've told them it was stolen from me. I'm not sure who told you, "drop it, it has already been taken care of" but it wasn't me and that's not how I deal with things. You're more then welcome to /msg or PM me anytime you want, don't let other players put words in my mouth.

Food for thought, normal staff cant disband realms or unban players. If i was abusing my "power" don't you think I'd own Ninjalo's other 2 spawn realms or that he would be unbanned?

I am aware of what happened to the realm, I just didn't think it would make any difference, especially since there apparently wasn't an effort to get the realm back until after Ninjalo was banned. I also didn't want to bring up the possible controversy that Ninjalo had your login info.

Also, I did not mean that you said that about dropping it, it was another member of staff, who had a similar reaction in this thread.

What I'm trying to say is, that if any old player were in the same situation, they would most likely not be given the same outcome. Your treatment was different because of your position and connections.

Well first off i was very inactive around this time, Once i started playing again ninjalo had already been banned. This all happend before i was staff, i thought ninjalo would be unbanned at which point he would give it back. It didnt turn out that way, so after i heard he was perma i contacted rokkr.
