You don't need that much room. There is no way that you will reach that size in a long time. Asking him to move from way over there is just being greedy. There is another explanation, that possibly you're scared that when he gets big he'll attack the closest realm, so you make up a story and get him to move. Not sure if that's the real reason, but that's what I think. So until you're at least 700x700, I wouldn't ask him to move.

I'm tired of trying to logically argue, so Imma just math you to death.
So the formula for every expansion is the (current dimension^2)/4
To reach 220x200 you have placed 82,650 blocks
To go from 220x220 to 700x700, you need to place 2,837,100 blocks.
At the rate you are placing blocks, or so you claim, you are averaging 2755 a day.
In other words, it will take you 1029 days to reach 700x700.
