I didnt think this was as important as all my stuff being stolen so i didnt include it in my first post, but on the unsettling part, whoever this was managed to remove the bottoms of all my trees and place saplings under them, and remove parts of my pathways and replace stair pieces in different directions.

...It doesn't sound like you're in a private realm. Are you sure that you own the realm you're building in?
