There must be a secret message in here with the capitalized words, because they don't make any sense in context!

Maybe something to do with the uncapitalized first two i's and the capitalized third I?

No the caps represented sarcasm cuz the admins and mods were spawn killing earlier, they claimed they were killing spawn campers but they had no proof.
