Any Experience With Reffing, or Managing Events / Groups of People: Although I have not had much experience on the topic of reffing, I have hosted a PvP tournament on my server which I judged, and this turned out very well and organized. I have also reffed a building competition on my friends server, but this is sadly the only experience I have in this. Even with lack of experience, I think this would be a good opportunity to learn and help the community.
