Great idea, but... I sponsored to Dave red wool (at a time when it was really, really, really expensive), but he managed to leave without finalizing the building. Well, it took about 600 years to finalize the cathedral of Cologne and I hope Intelli will be online until... ehm... 2613 or something... well... tell us about the plan, what you need, until when you want to finalize it and then we go from there.

Just to support cdisme here, I have seen him in game and he has been around for a long while.

Denying somebody the chance to do a public service seems overly harsh, considering the only way cdisme could mess it up if he wanted to would be to grief the building (which would be met with a ban and rollback, rendering his efforts useless).
