What I'd like to know is if User information is at risk from whatever had happened on the server.

When Minerealm gets whitelisted, it means Intelli is fixing bugs. One of those was the "who is" bug, but there were multiple being fixed.

Even better, after the reset I logged back in to discover ALL my inventory gone.... 2 dia picks (1 silk 1 fort3)and a dia spade......very sad panda
