The Book of Daniel isn't in the Torah. The Torah is just the Five Books of Moses. You non-Jews call them, Genesis, Exodus, Numbers, Leviticus, and Deuteronomy.

Genesis: Creation to the descendants of Joseph
Exodus: The descendants of Joseph to wandering in the desert as punishment for the Golden Calf.
Leviticus: The book of rules that Moses tells the Israelites.
Numbers: The rest of their wandering. They get to Israel.
Deuteronomy: Moses's last speech to the Israelites before his death.
