I am ifffy on this. I got land that I built on that is public. Don't want it greifed to high heck, and your little project resulting in a banning.

Why don't you just forward Coords to the aforementioned public land so you don't have to worry about it, and Chunks can get on with his "little" project.

Yellow is what is called medowfall, owned by someone I keep forgetting.
Orange is a local pal.
Purple is a relam owned by a dude, but that was like mid may when I last checked.
Black is my project on going, and still remaning on public land.
Red is my realms that I got protected
And the green is what is public. I might go in myself and ask a mod to approve its demolishing.
everything inbetween my realms and my freind and medow fall is okay. I also ask that you do not take down the portal in the sky as it seems to be my exit portal when I leave the nether, and its demolishing will leave me guessing where my exit from the nether will be.

McFatty if this does go through with staff, then we won't touch that land. We wouldn't be demolishing people's builds left in right... It would mainly be to replant trees, take down random towers of dirt, fix randomly placed blocks on the land, we might tear down houses made of cobble that have been griefed and abandoned (unless staff says that's a bad idea), and if there is a good griefed build fix it.

These are some of the "builds" around my realms I wouldn't mind cleaning up. It would help keep the server looking nice. Also, it would help new players who randomly teleport to the area feel like they're settling on "new" land... even though y=12 is probably entirely strip mined, as I found out when I joined.

I know a rule like "if it looks bad, you're allowed to tear it down" would be hard to enforce since the definition is as vague as the "spawn realm" ... "must look good" requirement. Still it would be nice to have a forum or even just a thread where people propose "builds" they want to demolish, and staff could go though once a week or month giving yays or nays. Trolling the thread could be punishable.

Well I am hoping a staff would help host this, or help out with it. This way I can determine if ugly griefed houses are abondoned or not. That way public land will look much better I will be contacting staff soon to see if I can start a organization of people that repair and make land look more natural
