Can't be done to make people invisible.

I'm assuming he means those dirt, netherrack, etc. skins.

I would imagine transparent skins tend to run into the Invisible Man problem: Worn and carried objects aren't invisible. Also, you have a big, honkin' name tag right above your head. Considering all that, plus the fact that we allowed some netherrack skins, I'd say that if someone feels the need to have an invisible skin, more power to them. If they somehow manage to exploit/abuse it, though, I will absolutely come down on them hard. In the mean time, if you see a sword and a name tag coming at you, feel free to roflstomp the guy with no armour.

As to hacking/exploiting/cheating, it's definitely not hacking, as it doesn't alter code. It's definitely an ATTEMPT to cheat, but as I said, it's not a very good one, in my book. If it actually DOES get abused, I would probably call it an exploit, but one so basic as to barely count.

In short: go ahead and feel free to use transparency in your skins, just don't try and abuse it against other players (not that I think you really could).
