Well, /home and /spawn would be fine if it couldn't be exploited. If your going to teleport out of PVP, you should at least be able to properly.

Some are quite advanced. I don't know if it is qualified as a macro but there is a macro where it will mine like a 10x10 area constantly. Basically the easiest credits ever. It would be easily noticeable though. Don't try it.

I have seen it done. I haven't actually done it. There was a player who used to live near me and he broke every block non-stop in a perfect pattern. His movements weren't jerky like a player moving his mouse. He also didn't respond to PM or Public Chat.
