Signs just let others know that the area has already been claimed. They're not necessary for realms, but it keeps land disputes down to some extent. Of course, it's still perfectly legal to buy up any realm you like, regardless of what's on it.

And i didnt even get a warning or second chance. i know it sounds wierd to not mean to spam, but i was just fidgeting around with the keyboard. I didnt realize i spammed until it was too late. Not the right place dude. You need to go to the bans section. Please write a good appeal, calmly explaining what happened. Also, use good grammar and spelling, please!

The survival server has been down for a little while. No idea when it'll be back up, but in the meantime, read up on the forums or join creative.
