Yeah really. I know we are getting rid of Creative but this is survival. The creepers are part of the experience. Making PVP optional is going far enough. We wont please everyone. If they want a creative server then let them join the survival community for the survival and have them go to another server for creative needs. Oh, what about singleplayer?

I think we need to bring back more elements from the old thread. It makes no sense that we scrapped it. I still say 60 diamonds for a realm, but because there will be less lag from realms:

Keep the wilderness. It's a blast to explore with the possibility of death. This is SURVIVAL. There shouldn't be some over the top protection for people's stuff. The best part about Survival Server is surviving. IMAGINE THAT!!! Building something and knowing YOU and your fellow realm members have to protect it is fun. It's fun to kill other players and take their hard earned items in the wilderness. It's fun to be in the middle of realm warfare. It's fun to worry about people camping outside of Spawn waiting with their friends to jump you and take your stuff. *Cough *Cough Lightbulbs and his friends... *Cough I think a lot of the things survival has now are a blast. Paying for a realm mite be a cool idea. But I have never even seen 60 diamond. And by the time you get even half way close to that amount, your crap would most definitely be stolen. So maybe make it 5 diamond a person. Make tnt able to explode EVERYWHERE. But keep the roll back for anything game crippling. It's fun to have little adventures on this server. Don't make it super protective. The danger is what keeps that spark to make this game fun.

Well, by getting rid of the wildy we can have nrc's (non realm communities). Realms are currently causing a TON of lag and crashes right now so by making them 60 diamonds a pop you lower lag/crashes. Intelli wants to support the nrc's. We may also be adding chest protection so don't that out yet. TNT was also causing lag and crashes. Also, we are all going to have to option to turn on/off pvp.

Bigger Maps were discussed with bringing more lag, as well as not fitting Intelli's dream of uniting people with walking, considering the reason for the smaller map is why the realm warp command is being removed (was? Will be? Not confirmed at all).

I will assume though that if it can be done, it will be done considering the number of people that like it,

ACTUALLY terrance, Intelli told us that the size of the map does nothing to the lag. It causes almost 0 lag problems. "Map size does not directly affect lag" he said. Look around on the last minerealm 3.0 discussion thread, that's where he told us that. So, even if we kept realms, we could have a 20000x20000 map, and it would cause little lag problems.
