OK thanks. And what about the issue someone else raised, as to whether it's acceptable to take chests or other valuables from abandoned realms? Is that still considered griefing, or is it ok since the owner is assumed to be permanently gone?

Well for me, I was online. Then the power company wanted to change a pylon so my power was off all day and thus I missed out.

A grace period and increased price for previously owned realms would be a nice implement to be put in consideration.
