Building of a hub is underway at spawn, but getting the tubes built any decent distance could be difficult with how many private plots exist between spawn and public land.

I like it and iron blocks is good enough, gold or other types would make it more expensive to make and then it would become something only the rich could afford to do.

I vote MR chops top 4 blocks in height off all realms, make it all public.

Would make it easy to build a tube system.
