Hey Intelli, what about players still currently banned from the purge and they are over or close to 30 days since they were last on Minerealm? Will this effect them too or will they be fine up until they are permanently banned or unbanned?

Will we a get a slighty more accurate eta (i saw the withing 48 hours post) or do you want to keep it secret?

I also have some other questions.

If a realm has been made public and has chests/valuable blocks in it. Is it considered griefing/looting if you just take these items/blocks without buying the realm?

If it is, are you allowed to take them if you buy the realm? Normally if you buy a realm with chests in it
you're supposed to let the original owner take his/her stuff but as these are abandoned the owner probably is never going to come back.

Also thanks for this, there are some ugly abandoned realms near me I'd like to fix up.

So if the realm leader is not active in their realm for 30 days it becomes public or, if the realm leader is not active at all there realm becomes public?

If donor status is permanent now, will it stay permanent? Also, If someone will be gone for awhile, and says so in a thread on the forum, will that be an exception to their realms being sold?

Intelli wrote:Hey everyone,

Just letting you guys know that, very shortly, we'll be adding it so that realms owned by inactive users will be becoming public land again very soon. We're going to be changing it so that if a user is inactive for over 30 days, their realm(s) will become public land.
Thanks!
Could you please define what you mean by "inactive"? In other words, what is the requirement to be considered an "active" player for this purpose? Do you need to simply log in once every 30 days, or physically walk through each of your realms every 30 days, or what?

Also, wondering about the same issue Dacadac brought up... if a user becomes inactive and their land is reverted to public status, is the player given the 10K credits used to buy the land (or at least the 9K credits that would be regained by manually selling the realm back to the server)? I think having an automatic refund included in this system would be nice... even if a player is inactive for a while, they could come back later and re-buy any realms that haven't been taken by other people. And if the refund is only 9K instead of 10K, that provides an incentive to avoid being inactive.
