I got baned because i set some dude on fire with lava in spawn city, the resson i did it was becuse he killed my friend and he had his dimaond sword, i'm sorry for what i did and won't do it again but the other resson i did it was becuase i didn't know you couldn't set people on fire with lava in spawn city so as a fellow minecraft citizen can you please forgive me and let me back seeming as this is the first time i've ever been banded.

The rules state that you can't kill (PVP Buckets Fire) in places where PVP is turned off (Spawn City Most realms). I say unban him. I don't think that rule is posts on the rule wall.

Next time someone takes an item of yours or your friends keep this in mind: If it was dropped out of your inventory and picked up by someone, it is your fault and it is not against the rules to pick up items. If it was taken from your chest, or you were killed in a non pvp area (spawn) and items taken, thats a different story and should seek out an administrator or moderator to let them know what happened and also try to get adequate proof (screen shots, film the incident, i cannot stress these enough.)
I'm ok with you being unbanned, however, a ban is a ban and you probably will not get another chance.
Especially since i announced to you over chat to not set people on fire with lava buckets in spawn and told you that you will be banned if it continues, which you continued to do it 2-3 times after, right in front of me.

I would assume his first warning shows that you were aware you were breaking the rules, and your continued actions meant that you don't care about the rules.
So probably never.

Second, being sorry for what you did doesn't get you unbanned. Also, being Banned* once is enough for us to not give you a second chance. You are acting as if you are entitled to a second chance following the chance you were given prior to being banned.

First of all, you should have read the rules before joining in on the server. Secondly, lava won't get your friend's stuff back. Thirdly, this is a PVP server. If you have valuables in public on one, you are sure to get attacked, and lose them.
