First of all. There was no rules stating that "I must accept the bids that were placed in my event I was hosting, let alone decline any of them". Second of all, they "Were mere suggestions" to satisfy you curiosity in that topic you posted. Nothing is official unless listed as part of the rules in the "Auction Rules" in the trading section. Third of all, I didn't accept bids any bids which means I don't have to accept the sell. Finally, wrong type of ban request. This is a request for banning for in game, you need to re-title it for a forum ban request where you believe I did something wrong.

Other then that. I see no wrong in my actions, and this request is out of despite. Since MrKeveCool possibly didn't like me withdrawing the items that I was selling, nor accept any bids.

first of all there is a rule against that look here:
Aelcalan wrote:Thank you! I've seen far too many auctions with with shady stuff going on, usually because the seller wanted to get more credits. I'd also like to recommend:
  • Unless there are extenuating circumstances, or otherwise bidder and seller agree, a winning bid MUST be paid. Too many people are bidding lightly, then trying to withdraw.
  • Same with the seller. If you post it, consider it GONE.
  • If there is still active bidding, an auction can be extended. Seller would be required to post with original auction post how long they will be adding each time.
  • Alternative to a set time, have a "going once", "going twice", "SOLD" system. I.E. X number of hours after the last bid, seller posts with "Going once". (S)He repeats this the same amount of time later if there are no bids, and a final time, X hours after THAT, with the highest bid winning. Any time someone bids, it's reset back to before the "Going once".
I'd also like to point out that a 'buy it now' price SHOULD be somewhat high. The point is that someone wants your item enough to pay a little (or a lot) more than it's actually worth. A reserve, should you want to have one rather than just starting it there, should be an amount you would accept for your object. Be reasonable, because if your auctions routinely fail from not meeting reserve, it's likely to make it harder to do business.
Second of all i clearly said that i dont know what sort of ban request this is yet because i didnt know at the time.

I am on fatty's side and ill tell you why...aelclan posted his recommendation not an actual rule. Second Keve you tried to back out of an auction in which owing me 60k credits, even though we resolved you tried your little guts out even by trying to pursued me with 12k credits. Also, you have not been to clean on the trading forums, considering your lumber business that absolutely went down the toilet. Even though you opened a second business before you even filled the first business customers. I feel you are just trying to get people banned, because I can could easily get you banned for what you did. All we ALL ask is a little sympathy, it goes a long way. P.S is there anything in that chest that you would need this very minute. Doubt it. Hope this helps fatty!!!

Yeah a mod in-game, dunno bout being a forum moderator. Sides why a ban request anyway? There are those little red exclamation marks that you can press to report a topic without having to resort to posting a ban request. Would've drawn the attention of a forum moderator, not an in-game moderator. In my defense, this ban should be voted a no, on the grounds that my actions wasn't sever or inappropriate, and that I was following the rules of auction. Also do you need a lesson in proper grammar? I had to do quite alot of grammar checks and spelling checks for your little post that I am quoting.

you did something illegal and then you deny thst its illegal and then you insult my grammar. i may not be so good at English Grammar but thats not a reason to insult it. so if you continue with it i may aswell add that to the ban request and so you mean just because that aelcalan isnt an forum mod he doesnt have anny right to say whats illegal or not? it doesnt matter if hes an in-game mod or forum mod he is an MOD!!! so just acept that you did something illegal so we can go on with our lives ok?
