Hello Admins,

I was collecting wheat from my farm on survival when all of a sudden it said I am banned for hacking, which is obviously false because I had no hacks. Could this be a server error and if it is, which will prove that I was not hacking, could I be unbanned as soon as possible?

Side note, Is there something going on with the help bot? I have noticed some lag on the servers, could this be the reason for my false ban?
