Just logged in today and found out I was banned. Is it possible to get an explanation regarding this.

Have also been informed that my realm member has been banned as well without explanation, our 110x110 realm has been deleted/collapsed and the whole place has been griefed and stolen from.

Where was the chance to even be notified of the reason for banned, before hours of work was destroyed.

Most of these double chests were semi full of items.

I find it highly unprofessional to allow for this griefing to happen whether intentionally or unintentionally before I had a chance to appeal.

I am sorry sir, we do not like dupers. As seen by your wall, storage room, and amass of diamonds, your realm has been duping. Our staff investigated this matter, and have found you and scottyten guilty. The realm has been destroyed for its lack of authenticity. Death Plateau informed me of the matter. Your city is now wilderness, therefore Death Plateau has reclaimed your land.

As most of you know, Duplicating items is against the rules. Anyone caught duping, or having duped items will be swiftly banned.

But Jmacks, I thought you warned me that you are a "very powerful man". I mean, you guys launched TNT at us, didn't you think we would get you back? Or maybe all those duped items you had gave you a sense of power. 64 blocks of diamond in a 110x110 realm? Nearly half a chest full of rail tracks? Really? Maybe you shouldn't have been a fool and made an entire wall out of obsidian and brought yourself to light.

Not just 64 blocks of diamond, but 4 more stacks of regular diamond also. If you need help counting that's 13 stacks of diamond. Seems fishy. Where'd all that sandstone come from? How many people were in your realm to acquire all this? Not too many as I remember.

Ok, not going to argue with being banned for duping, but there are some points I would like to make clear.

Until the wall was started nothing was duped, all of the sandstone besides that of the wall was mined manually.
The only items duped were the obsidian in the wall, the diamond blocks and the railroad tracks, and tnt. Everything else was earned, and I had only infact just learned how to dupe a day or 2 before intelli fixed it.

Scottyten was not involved in the duping and as far as I am aware does not know how to do it, so it was fairly unfair to ban him for my actions. You really should have spoken to us before destroying the realm.

Secondly if possession of duplicated items is so bad, then wouldn't it have been wise to not let death plateau loot the chests, and destroy them.

I am not going to appeal my ban, as I feel it is fair, but the way it was handled and the destruction of the realm, (particularly at the hands of death plateau who have harassed me since day one, even blackmailing me to move my realm); was not fair. I would recommend being a bit more tactful about destroying large realms in the future and ensuring all members are guilty before destroying their work.

My final request is if it is possible to get a copy (BACKUP) of the map, before the realm was destroyed for my own private use offline.

As for death plateau I didn't actually hate you guys, I always thought it was a bit of a joking relationship, I personally woudn't have done what you did, but I can't change what happened.

As for the rest of the people on the server, it was fun while it lasted. I enjoyed the server and the people on it, and was planning on donating, but thats not much good now.

It's a shame it ended this way.

Edit. Most of the sandstone was acquired from the surrounding desert, diamond shovel allows for stacks of sand to be mined in 30mins or so. The rest was acquired through trade and you will find that i had arrangements with other members to buy sand/sandstone/obsidian.

#1. We destroyed the duped items before letting anyone loot the place. We aren't that dumb to let those items out into circulation.

#2. Intelli was the one who destroyed the realm. I see it as being part of your consequence for duping, because we don't know what was and wasn't duped. If there is a community chest how would we know who from the realm did it. Not everyone will own up to their wrong doings like you have. You the leader of the realm is responsible for whatever happens in your realm. Seeing as you caused it, why should we trust the other member(s)?

#3. If you had such a problem with death plateau why did any of the staff ever hear about it?I don't think there's a post on the forums about it and I don't think I ever heard about it in game. Harassing is against the rules. If you don't speak up things will keep going on like this.

Lets just say a realm in the wilderness, no longer owned by anyone... it's still illegal to grief a place that is owned, marked by signs, and full treasure boxes
