I was on the server a few minutes ago, and someone named NotReiAyanami damaged the fountain in the middle of Spawn City, saying he was 'making it bigger'. This could be considered griefing I guess, since he was altering something that was already there in a way not everyone may like. although it was a relatively minor indecent that I just wanted to make everyone aware of.
He also killed some people and took their stuff earlier, but that was within the rules since it was in the wilderness.
Here is a screenshot of him 'modifying' the fountain, as taken by a (wealthy) fellow server-goer:

He also suspiciously gave someone a full set of diamond armor and tools, which could indicate something fishy. Some people were asking him about how he had so many diamonds, too:
