Seems I have been banned.

I figure it is the 80k I am suppose to give to Monkeytoad22.
I have no clue why I was banned, because I have not seen him online.
He has NOT messaged me that he is online.
I have him added on skype, and he hasn't even tried to contact me.
I was afk for quite awhile sleeping and wake up to see I am banned.

If you don't know why, it involves Monkeytoad22 saying that I have RIPPED HIM OFF 80k, because I evicted him for breaking the rules we agreed on.

Seems that Kress91, jtcanon, and many other regulars, and or members of Minerealm feel a loss of respect for what I did. ( Apparently I stole 80k from a 12 year old kid)

Yet there is a /yes command for transactions.

We agreed on such rules, and now I have been banned wrongly I would say for I haven't been given a chance to return the said 80k.

Up to you if I should be unbanned. Many people will say that I am now the worst player on Minerealm.

TO Flannyflan: I still don't know why you say that I have done such horrendous things, when I said I would return the rc. Yet now I am banned.

A pretty honest guy would have given the 80k back - even if the guy didn't deserve the 80k back.

Most apartments that cost, for example, $1000/month don't charge you $80,000 up-front. I don't see why monkeytoad22 agreed to such a ridiculous price.

That for the most part is true, but some people (companies) might give the first rent back.

oh and yes i gave him 1k back while I was evicting him at the time. (That is the 1 week of rent he paid)

I should probably stay out of it, but here it goes....

I'd like to think I'm pretty unbiased, but watched the whole drama unfold, safe for the original agreement between mtnd and monkey.
No one "wins" in these situations, it's bad all around, and everyone messed up and could have done it better. Jtcannon did tell monkey to "tear it down", and when a Mod tells you to do something, it's hard to know if you should follow it or not. Sure he did not force Monkey's hand, but at the same time I felt a bit bad for Monkey seeing the first version of it, half the server was there mocking what he made, I'd feel pretty bad if I were him.
I think Mtndewzane was pretty responsible in his actions, based on the evidence he had. He did have an original agreement, then again, 80k rc is a heck of a lot and Mtndewzane deserves a ban for witholding that amount with no return...it amounts to theft.
Mtndewzane did state that he would be returning this amount to monkey in chat, and I have screenshots, because I figured this would come up.

Personally I think Mtndewzane should be unbanned and he should be forced to return the 80k. If he cannot, then the ban should stand.

Horrendous as in Taking down their building in front of them while they were on, because of a silly rule of half steps.... instead of asking them to redo it, you tore it down yourself and "ran off" with the money... If you would have refunded them, there wouldn't be a problem with tearing it down. You know im your friend but Zane... It was messed up... At least you know now that you shouldn't do this in the future...

The sad thing is I still stand by tearing it down. I got what I thought was the "all clear" from jtcanon, but was wrong.

What I have learned is in fact: Trust no one. Do not try to be a nice person just be rude so people will stay away. Do not help others in this server, and just say get out you noob. Do not try to become a person who is to the public eye "worst player in minerealm"
