Just around a day ago i have just bought a plot right next to foxtops, from mtndewzane. The deal was i was going to give him 80k up front then 1k a week. Then he said all the rules, (there were a lot.) When he was done saying all the rules i sent him 81k because 80k then 1k a week. For the next few hours he had logged off and i was experimenting some buildings. After some of experiments i started get yelled at how it was horrible and everyone was saying that i should build it like the others. There was a lot of drama but that doesn't really matter. Then finally i started building something to be the white house. I had my friend with me, Freakface99. He was pretty much the builder. But after we spent 4 hours on it we were done and it looked good. At least in my point of view. And to a lot of others. But then when i logged on later i didn't have permission and i was being evicted. He told me i wasn't supposed to use stone slabs. Which i knew but i thought he was going to be OK with. My first building it was like a Chinese temple with wool. Everyone, I mean everyone was yelling at me saying to redo it and make it like the others and people were raiding the place. They Weren't destroying anything but they were running around everywhere. So finally i tore it down and i made the white house that was just evicted. While I was building the white house i just blanked out on one rule that was said, not to use stone slabs. I started freaking out. So they started tearing it all done in front of me. He did give me my materials i had in the white house which was good but still. He kept all my credits. Freakface99, Coltonevans1221 lil90 and i spent the past 4 months getting all those credits. Then i was asking for my credits back and he said no. Then he said he can make 80k in a week which made me even more sad.

I'd either want him banned, all my credits back, or to get my plot back and for a mod to get my building back there.
I might have bad grammar but i'm sorry i'm not good at this kind of stuff. This picture just shows right when they tore my building down he put a sign up saying hes renting it out again. I think he kicked me mostly because he wanted to rent it out so he can get more money and keep my credits.

If you tore it down yourself because you listened to other's saying it should be torn down, then it's your own fault. Mtndewzane informed you of the rules, and you broke them. This nullified any contract you had with him, and you are not entitled to a refund.

I in no way mind controlled him into tearing it down. That was his own decision.

The realm is owned by Mtndewzane. He rents it out to random players. As to "Myself and kress forcing him to remove it," You are false. I never told him to remove it. I actually talked to monkeytoad and suggested things for him to make in it's place. Mtndewzane was also the person that physically removed the 2nd building. This entire thread is on the 2nd building that was placed there. Do not drift from the subject at hand.

I don't see how they MADE them do anything. The only people with the rights to that realm were Mtndewzane and the people who were building. It was ugly for spawn i do admit, but they cannot MAKE anyone remove it.The White House was taken down by CidKid and Mtndewzane from what I saw. That "chinese temple" was taken down last night by monkeytoad and his friend. Mtndewzane, sad to admit it, stole their RC. He could have given a refund after it was tore down long with their things but he didn't. Even after they asked for it. Mtndewzane is in the wrong and deserves a punishment, friend or not... It was uncalled for and wrong for him to do...

Has nothing to do with me making rc which I really don't need. Seems as though you directly violated my rules. I told you I may evict you if I please and have a good reason. This is a good reason to evict you for using almost all slabs for the building.

You also told me that jtcanon said to remodel it and you said he demanded it done. I asked him and he said:

I decided it was a good decision to evict him, after he Lied to me and also disregard the rules I had set in place.

I think it is funny I said here is all your materials and then I said I am sorry, but you didn't listen to my rules therefore you should be evicted.

It is not a way for me to get more rc I probably wont rent it out anymore. Everyone I rent it to ends up banned or leaves. Such as you, monkeytoad22, are crying that "I Stole your rc and evicted you for no reason"

Please show me one reason why i shouldn't have evicted you for not following my rules?

I was not in the wrong. I have every right to evict them if they do not follow my rules that are set in place.

It is the same thing as when a mod/admin bans a player for griefing. Obviously they didn't follow the rules and should be "evicted" or banned from Minerealm. The same things goes for this.

EDIT: not only that, but Monkeytoad asked me before he rented "If i were to be evicted will I get a refund?" I told him "No, this is an eviction not a refund. Irl When a person gets evicted from there home or something, they do not get there money back.." <--- Is that stealing there money? NO it is the rules set in place and they were broken by that party. In this case Monkeytoad22 and Freakface99

I said make it look nice, no more people will be added other then Freakface99, 1 floor only, NO SLABS, and also he asked if he could add a bank and I said No not now maybe some time in the future.
