So I was stylin' on your server (Masterdeath). Hit diamonds and stuff. Played for 6-8 hours. Everybody loves me. Invited a friend (gabexer). He dropped the f bomb in public chat by accident (meant to do in party chat w/ me). Mod bans him. I ask why, you could at least have warned. He said he didn't have to even though the admins I was playing with earlier were giving out warnings instead of bans. So I called him an asshole for being such criticizing of a mistake, and apparently he can't handle being made fun of because I got banned too.

Kindly unban us. It's not like it was a repeated offense.

That is the single most way to be completely banned from this server. (Cursing at a moderator)


As for your friend, have him make his own appeal. If he really wants to be back on the server he will apologize on his own.


Good luck to you on your ban appeal. It might not be accepted, specially if you cussed at a Game Moderator.

1.) If he didn't know there was no cursing, that is his fault for not reading the sign's at the spawn and in the Foxtops second floor.

2.) Mods can handle all the hate you can throw at them, and not take it personal. That is their job. So, no, he can handle being made fun of, especially when their are plenty of new players coming in everyday just to curse and spam at them.

3.) Saying everyone loves you doesn't effect anything, it's just an opinion. I personally have never met you, or ever plan on doing so. That is just an opinion. Opinion's don't matter.

4.) It was a repeated offence. Both of you are involved, and your friends banment was YOUR warning. With this warning that the same fate could accompany you, you cursed anyway.

The rules do pretty clearly state that swearing is not allowed, however banning someone for a single word that was only visible due to a typo does seem a little bit overboard. But then you swore at the mod who banned him and that's not excusable at all.

As for admins warning but mods banning, there are some mods who are super strict and go straight to bans, while the rest of the mods and admins are pretty relaxed and would of just warned. Sounds like you just had bad timing and got caught by one of the mods who doesn't believe in warnings or leniency.

So if your friend appeals(in his own separate appeal) he can probably get unbanned easy since he only had a single swear word that he posted to public chat by accident. You on the other hand need to convince the mod you swore at that you are sorry for doing such.

I would not of banned gabexer if he didn't say "ur not gonna ban me" after he said "Fukkin Kunt" and I called language on that. Once he was banned, Masterdeath was basically spamming chat, telling me that I was dumb to ban him, and that he did nothing. Then he called me an "asshole," and he shared the same fate.

Ohhhhh, this is very different then. I didn't realize he had challenged a mod to ban him. That is right up there with poking a lion with a stick to see what happens. Its sounds like they earned their bans on gross stupidity charges rather than language charges, the language was just the outward showing of their intelligence.
