I just did some research on your website and I realized I may have been in the wrong. I had read the signs multiple times at the spawn and may have misunderstood. I was mining buildings and land around the spawn because I believed that only things that couldn't be mined were the areas that popped up red. If that is true, than I myself must of been briefing without knowing it. If this is true I am 100% sorry for my actions. I will make sure to check for signs of ownership in public and/or private realms. Sorry for the trouble, and I look forward to being unbanned, if possible, and to pay more attention >.

I also had been talking with Kerovon and savedthedazed, and I'm pretty sure they both knew I was new to the server due to the questions I was asking. Once again, if what I was doing is considered griefing, I am truly sorry. Again, I look forward to being unbanned and being able to show my potential on the Survival Minerealm server. Thank you again.

Well I hoped Saves responds because we had talked that day I got banned, and both him and Kerovon knew I was new. I made a mistake, it's probably restored already, and it won't happen again.

I'm not sure what your problem is Kress. I've read a lot of your forum posts and they're all negative. So people who make a mistake from misunderstanding the rules, get banned permanently but they let rude people, like yourself, run amok? I got on this afternoon to check what new posts had been made since last night, and I saw this:


I wouldn't mind this, if all of the new posts were remotely worthwhile. However, only about 5 of the posts actually had anything of substance to them. So, in the interest of maintaining my sanity, I'm starting a new policy on the ban forum.

If you make a irrelevant post that does not contribute at all the discussion, you will receive a warning. If you persist, temp forum bans will begin to be handed out like candy.

If you make a post with the sole intention of taunting the person who was banned, I'm skipping the warning phase and moving straight to forum bans.

If you do not know if your comment is worthwhile, think about it like this: If most of your posts are in the ban section on threads that are neither A) A ban request against you, B) Your own ban appeal, or C) a ban request that you made against someone, then your post has a fairly high likelihood of being completely unnecessary. If you want to talk about random things, take it elsewhere.

Hopefully this new policy is clear.

I will dignify you with a response Lightbulbs, since you earned it. Of course you quote a post done by Saved. He is saying it's unnecessary. But just for you, I'm going to quote something for you as well.

Forum Behavior (Section 5)

Swearing & Inappropriateness (5.1): This follows the same protocol as (4.1).
Spamming (5.2): Spamming on the forums can refer to either what is mentioned in (4.3) OR simply sending far too many messages before receiving a reply. Stay patient, players will reply. Our forums don't flow like the King's River, there is no need to bump threads.
Ideas & Suggestions (5.3): There are two threads dedicated to this: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=798 and viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1073
Ban Complaints & Appeals (5.4): There is a thread for this: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=678
Server Discussion (5.5): This is one of the forums we try to steer clear from over-moderating (free speech and all). Obviously, topics that are composed of pure idiocy will be locked or deleted. Continuing to post such obviously inappropriate / foolish threads can lead to a forum ban.

No where in the rules does it say it can't be done. Who's stupid now?
