Okay, this is a little ridiculous. I know exactly why I was banned.

VV banned me for having humor. Simple as that.

This is one of the reasons I don't get on this server hardly ever anymore. I get on and have a little fun and people, or specifically VV, get annoyed and think that they should just ban people without even saying anything. Not once did she ever actually tell me to stop, she just simply banned me. I feel that this is most certainly not in any way a situation to ban. This is bluntly dumb.

It started with a noob getting on and having a funny name. I thought this name was pretty funny, but obviously VV did not. So, what better solution then to ban the person annoying you, right? No.

For various months I have been repeatedly told that VV has been talking behind my back in her guild about how I was "12". She obviously thinks herself above me(or everyone) since she is staff. I have been on this server for just as long, if not longer. If I can't have a little humor in a conversation without her banning me, then she doesn't need to be staff. We used to get along pretty well until me and Skullrose decided to make a guild together which she didn't like. Why she didn't like this, you say? Because she didn't get her way and have Skull stay in her guild. For this she has, in a way, "discarded" Skull for her actions and placed her in the lowest of low in her eyes.

Point being... anyone that has an opinion she doesn't like goes to the bottom of her list...or...she has a little girl grudge on me because me and Skull created a guild together.

BUT, I can't say that my humor didn't go a little far. She is probably going to mention what I said, but I already know. I thought it was funny... and well... She didn't.

There's a large difference between casual banter and out right disrespect, river. Since you wanted to be a staff member, it probably would be in your best interest to learn the difference. Letting various rumors and gossip cloud your judgement is also something you should learn to let go. Your comments in game were proven worthy of a ban, though you don't think that to be true. Added to your clear disrespect in this "appeal" (if it were considered that and not just a giant immature rampage on the forums) you'd be hard pressed to find any other staff that wouldn't ban you for what you've said. You've proven tenfold that your ban was justified by your own comments in this "appeal" alone. My advice to you if you want to be unbanned is simply to grow up. Maybe write up another appeal when you've cooled down. Because further insulting a staff member is not a way to be unbanned, it just digs yourself a greater hole.

2.) That was most definitely not worthy of a ban. Might as well ban 70% of the server? Because most people have humor.

3.) I would like you to step out of this ban appeal, please. I feel that the comments from you will only inflame the thread in an argument. Respectively.

I would like to see what other staff members have to say about this, and well... Other people in general.

I'm just respectively saying that I don't like you as a staff member. Nothing more. Nothing less.

It's strange the things people make up in their free time. This random drama you're pulling out from the crevices of minerealm has nothing to do with your appeal. You're allowed to believe whatever gossip crosses your ears, but it has nothing to do with your comments in game. (Granted it was not even gossip I was aware of.) Just because you don't like what I have to say about your ban doesn't mean I am exempt from giving my comments on your appeal. Because I banned you I am more than welcome to comment on anything you have to say. If you'd like to hear the same comments from other staff be my guess. But I'm not pulling myself out of this ban because you're afraid it'll give you a bad spot light. You can dislike individual staff members all you want, but as long as you're on this server you're going to have to respect all staff we have in place.

I respect staff, but I don't respect staff that play poor on the position. I asked you to step out for less drama on this. Yes, you can comment facts, etc... But all your commenting is drama. Just because you have the label of staff doesn't make you the almighty. (no offense).

This is why I said "respectively".

I'm not saying that you are not good at staff, I think you are, but your drama level is out of the roof.

Basically, if you were truly worthy of staff, you would of left out that last comment as to not "inflame" the situation... or... Said something more factual, not dramatic.

For someone who keeps claiming I'm being dramatic you sure have a strange way of showing you are not. Considering this entire appeal has been nothing more but a "flame" on me. And then ask me to stay out of the post, so you can continue this rant uninterrupted. If you wish to make comments about me, you should expect that I am going to reply. Which isn't exactly a smart move considering that's what you were banned for. I'm informing you that your ban is for disrespect on staff, and trying to help you keep in mind that you need to keep out all this excess hatred that appears to have sprout out of nowhere. Your continued disrespect and immature comments says nothing about my character as a staff member, and plenty about your character as a player. And if you expect a speedy unban I merely suggest that you try and keep the attitude and rude comments to yourself, that's all.

Because I have been playing the server for 3 years. Simple as that. Becoming staff doesn't give you ultimate knowledge of the whole server. It just doesn't. That isn't being disrespectful, that is stating the truth.

Honestly, I've been watching this entire time from the point of your first comment of Im_Hornee's name. I also agree with others that the name is inappropriate and is in no way humorous especially for this server. Which in light of his name it's been brought to the staff to see if there will be punitive measures seeing as he is a well known member of the community and should know similar things are already inappropriate/not allowed.

As you stated "ban was disrespect on you. Not staff." what lead to your ban was your own doing. In fact the comments you made prior about

Was infact sexist and disrespectful, I can tell you now there are many guys on this server especially online during that point that found the name inappropriate, immature and childish.

Disrespecting a staff member is disrespecting staff as a whole, whether you found "you're joke" to be funny I can tell you now others weren't amused especially after those comments I posted above. You went beyond the line of your so called "humor" and made it more personal then it should of. As for your comments to warnings, there really wasn't a need for one. You were clearly out of line on the situation, whether you've been here "for 3 years" you should know the rules better than most players shouldn't you?
