Hello Minerealm,
As you can probably guess, I am not 00SuperFish00. However, considering he is a sibling of a good friend of mine, and is of a young age; I have asked Falareborn for permission to appeal 00SuperFish00's ban on his behalf. An attachment will show proof of this.
As for the ban appeal itself. To the best of my knowledge, from both talking to Falareborn and 00SuperFish00, I have established that the following things took place:
00SuperFish00 jumped into the teleporter with another player by the name CoJAX9000, and happened upon a house. They then proceeded to break blocks to enter the house and loot from a chest inside said house. Shortly after, Falareborn asked both of them, initially via message, who the house belonged to and did not get an answer. He then used public chat and again got no answer, 00SuperFish00 and CoJAX9000 were banned shortly after.
I have had a chat with SuperFish's sister, a friend of mine, to ensure that he was aware that removing blocks from the house was destroying another person's creation, otherwise known as "griefing", and that looting from the chest is pretty much identical to stealing, and that both things are against the rules of the server. SuperFish also acknowledged that Falareborn did attempt to speak to him, but he chose not to reply. We have made sure that he now knows that if someone has [Staff] next to their name and are talking to him, he should answer. We've also made sure that he knows how to reply to <Message> messages. Lastly, but not least, he fully acknowledges and understands that what he has done was against Minerealm's rules, and he apologises for his behaviour.
