i only login like once a week only to check my realms and to play a Little bit

Your ban is permanent until an appeal is accepted (now you know what you were banned for that will be easier, if necessary screenshots can be provided).

I was mining on a public realm that I'm trying to restore and I don't think that's a reason to ban people and you really need to rethink your method of banning people, because you have to many grifers that destroy the things that i restore and you don't do nothing to ban them.

Please I really want to keep on playing on this server, I really hope you reconsider and if you want the thing I found on a public realm I will return them, and if you say that I loot then I'm sorry I will return all of the things that a found on the public realm.

Reread the rules, you should respect the admins. They try their best and to be honest they're doing a better job than you or I would have done.

griefers destroy the things that I restore

If something is griefed, tell a staff member. Else the griefers won't get banned and you're wasting your own supplies.

Please understand Manuel89, that I am trying to help you. Saying negative things about Staff won't help you get unabnned. Remember to bump your appeal once every 24hrs.

It wasn't much so I think your appeal has a decent chance of being accepted if you acknowledge you understand the rules now and will follow them from now on.

It is best to inform staff if you find griefed areas. Fixing it yourself will cost you a lot time and materials while staff can fix it with a single command. You also may look like the griefer if you fix it yourself and get banned for it.

Anything on a public realm that is not yours is not to be touched by you. So anything in chests or any placed blocks are to be left alone if they are not yours. Public does not mean you can just take it.

Ok yes I take those things because I think that they were abandoned.
I did not know that was against the rules, for that I'm really sorry and I have read all of your rules and I will follow them from now on.
Sorry again and I did not mint no disrespect to the admin for my comment on my last reply, I didn't know about the looting rule on public realms and I thought you were baning me unfairly for that I'm really sorry and I will pay more attention to the topic of the Minerealm Fórum website.

That is up to the admins to decide. Be patient, they will get to your appeal eventually, just keep bumping it.

My only concern really is you've been here for quite awhile and have two prior bans for griefing, how didn't you know looting is against the rules?

Not to mention you basically said the exact same thing as the last time you were banned and I throughly warned you for it

Looting/griefing even if it looks abandoned is bannable.

Looting is only allowed in the Nether and in the Wilderness(which is located to the furthest northen section of the map).

If you need to know if a area is abandoned/griefed and such ask a Staff and they will help you. Most of the time it's a griefed area and then more players grief thinking it's abandoned and this happens. With that said you will be unbanned Thursday December 13, 2012.

From now on im going to ask first if is in abandoned structure before a take someting.
