The server glitched... ._.
I can think of three things wrong with your statement.
1. Emailing a .jar file does not prove that you did not hack. My .minecraft folder is filled with .jar files ranging from MC Alpha to World Edit. I could email my clean file and claim I wasn't hacking and it wouldn't prove a thing.
2. Jumping 3 blocks high is not possible, even with a beacon. A beacon allows you to jump two blocks instead of one, and if my math is right, 2 does not equal 3.
3. Even if the server "glitched", that still wouldn't enable you to jump 3 blocks high. There is no possible way to jump 3 blocks without the assistance of a hacked client. I would know, I've used one in the past. The server "glitching" would not change the physics of the game, nor would an un-hacked client.
I'd suggest telling the truth as nobody here believes what you are saying. Trust me, you will get nowhere lying like that.
