Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have recently been banned and I have absolutely no clue why. I have been playing on this server for quite some time (the first email I received from MineRealm was in December of 2011)) and have tried to stay clean and follow every rule. I try to stay out of everyones way and either mine for diamonds or be in my realm so my crops can grow. I occasionally go to a mob spawner a short distance from spawn to receive XP. I have an uncountable amount of hours spent on this server, and would hate to lose everything I have found.

I do not remember being told why I was banned and that I was actually banned. Earlier today (March 19, 2013), I was mining for diamonds. Around 8:45 P.M. PST (on DST), I tried to log on to MineRealm to continue playing, but I was told I was banned and to come here to appeal it.

I am VERY sorry for whatever I did to receive this ban. The server usually tells you who is banned and for what, but I always have my chat off so I can not see. I really want to get back to playing on this server and finding diamonds, and again, I am VERY VERY VERY sorry for whatever I did.

If someone could please reply to me and tell me why I am banned or help me out by voting the appeal should be accepted, it would be Super Greatly Appreciated.

This is BSMBEAST.

I am very sorry for griefing these stretches of rails. While mining for diamonds and other ores, I was trying to cover up where I had been mining by making railroads end before they got to where I was mining so if someone was online down there around me, they wouldn't walk behind me and steal all of the things I am trying to mine (this has happened to me before, I have lost diamonds and other ores).

You may think I am Bat **** crazy, but I did not know what griefing is until I came on this website last night to try to appeal my ban. I never tried to mess with people and destroy things on purpose, it was just for my mining and covering up my tracks.

If you could help me get unbanned, I promise I will not mess with rails anymore when I mine and I have the materials needed to repair those stretches on rail if you would like me to do so.

I am VERY sorry to everyone who was affected by me messing with these rails. This may sound like bribery, but if I could get back on the server, I would give away 64 diamond ORE.

Hmmm...

What is wrong with mining for diamonds? I take the teleporter at spawn to a random location, find a public area, mine my way down to a certain undisclosed Y coordinate level, and start mining a 1 block wide 3 block high tunnels.

The stat below is what I want to continue to add I want to add onto it on an online server (MineRealm being my favorite and the only one that keeps everything saved, unlike my friends servers).

I also have a 8 block by 8 block base by 5 block high diamond block filled tower-type thing in a single player world that I have (everything is 100% legit, started it back in Minecraft 1.2.5)

Cursing won't help you appeal your ban. It's great it's censored and all, but probably 3/4 of the people that see the four asterisks will know exactly what it means, and cursing is not permitted on the MineRealm server or the MineRealm forums.

I never really talked to you on the server, but griefing rails is pretty annoying considering it can just be rolled back. Just don't do it again and I don't see why you shouldn't be unbanned.

Thanks you good sir for voting in favor of me. Again, I haven't viewed the server rules to the extent that I should have long ago so I wouldn't get banned.

I found a track in the free trade chest last night. Told staff (I think kerovon). I didn't even know how it got there but suggested someone may be griefing the subway. I found a few doors in the chest as well.

One thing to note in the future also. If you are building above an open area and have a lot of lag (computer or internet connection) then you may want to disconnect/reconnect before walking on it. If the server doesn't get the chunk update info you may trip the anti-fly bot (as you are not standing on anything as far as the server is concerned).

Thanks for the tips gallinka. I have already looked over the rules a few times since I was banned. I would also like to thank you for the tips about lag. My problem is my internet speed will slow down severely for a few minutes at a time, but that is usually when I'm trying to mine.
