I thought this was meant to be a friendly server, so I wonder why players such as frostybirth are playing, whom nether camp and frustrate people. I received a lot of insults from him through private message and felt quite upset, that image up there is only one of them. Lardimus I excuse you, but that pigman guy is also a nether camper. I think nether camping after 3 deaths should be illegal, especially if I'm not attacking them and they are still attacking me. I also asked for my stuff several times but frosty 'swore' he didn't have it even though he killed me and took it. I believe I had sugarcane, wheat, some carrots, an iron pick, some coal etc, I can't remember exactly. However that's not really what annoyed me, what annoyed me was the nether camping and constant insults he sent in pms, I should have screenshooted more but I'm sure you can check the chat logs or whatever. Sorry this is a little rushed, I had to edit it a few times because I'm frustrated.

EDIT: he also accused me of hacking, and I hope that screenshot proves I have no hacks.

If no ban, then at least I want an apology, those amounts of mean insults against my family(mother) and me being homosexual in msgs cannot go noticed.

This ban is completely pointless. Pvping is allowed all the time in nether so deal with it. Frostybirth doesn't have to give you anything back. Once you die from pvp, the items you drop is any man's loot. There is no point banning someone who is doing nothing wrong. Nether camping is very annoying, but there is nothing bannable about it.

HOWEVER, frostybirth should no better not to harass people. I will talk to him about this because i am a good friend of his. I apologize for his utter rudeness on that part, but the other reasons are not bannable. ALTHOUGH, you said you were repeatedly asking him for your stuff back and he may have gotten very annoyed by your spamming of that, but i will talk to him about that problem.

Technoprodigy, He is not going to the pvp fight taking place for dilsifprosif1's tournament, he is most likely new to this server, since he hasn't learned the pvp in nether. So that is not a reason I believe.

I've said it wasn't the items I cared about that much, it was the constant insults and harassment - And i was attacking them because i was mad. I know you might be friends, but this guy is a liar, a ... well, if he said he had my items which I know he did then I wouldn't mind as much, it was the lying that annoyed me - and the insults. i think an apology is in order

The only way to avoid being killed in the nether is to avoid the nether. It's one of the inherent dangers of traveling that way. As for the things frosty said, he was getting frustrated that you were continually chatting about the incident and flaming at him.

You went on flaming about this in chat for nearly an hour. You started to get inappropriate at one point, calling frosty something which I do not care to post the logs of in the forums. Bottom line is that pvp is legal in the nether and frosty will not be banned for killing you. As for the chats, you were both fighting and neither one of you is more guilty than the other.

This is going no where. Everything Frostybirth did was legall. He pvp'd in a legit way. Also, it's not like he's lured you or taunted you. About the "mother" thing, staff can check chat logs to see if that's true. Don't bother trying to lie any further.
