I've been trying to pm Darkassassin67 and the messages don't send they just keep going to the outbox instead, just wanted to check if he has some sort of ban or whether this is a bug.

The Outbox is where messages go until they're read by the recipient. Then they're moved to the Sent box. So all that means is that they're waiting for him to read them, but he hasn't.

And thanks to Helpbot's new feature, you can go on the server and type "Who is Darkassassin67?" and it will tell you if he's active or banned. I'm fairly sure he isn't though.
