If it was your chest he broke, this is a valid point. Otherwise, it would have been illegal whether or not the autoban caught him.

I honestly think the limit should be raised to 3 chests and a warning from Helpbot, like the swearing.

Yet it's been catching regulars/ others who aren't so innocent, as we said before if it isn't yours don't touch it.

As far as the player banned, he deserved it plain and simple, he not only broke a chest he stole from all the other ones in the area. Maybe he should of read the rules.

1. Ordering staff to unban your friend is not going to help.
2. Ban appeals don't get accepted based on time. Your friend will have to show that he understands the rules now and that he won't do something like this again. A sincere apology would help. And on that note, your friend should make a forum account and post here if he possibly can.
3. To answer your question, expect a ban of at least a week, maybe more. That's assuming the appeal is accepted.
