i wittnesed this too as you may have seen in the previous screens and i think a Permanent IP ban would be the most efficient way to handle this problem + a Permanent IP forum ban.

Ip bans do almost nothing.

Just wait for him to get bored of griefing, or implement a plugin to better protect public chests.

He came back? He had been on earlier in the afternoon, and Tornadic was ready to ban him but he logged off as soon as Torn logged on, and I had forgotten to take screenshots so it was decided to wait until he came back.

I think a ban is in order now.
