Well i was banned earlier this morning. For which i was told for x-raying, i can explain for the evidence against me which TornadicManiac presented.

My first tunnel i made was just in a random place at the bottom of the cavan. i then ran in to a private realm and couldn't finish mining the diamonds i had found and left them there.

I then went to explore for the cavan more and found the end of one of the corners and found it inclined to around 18, I wanted to be on 12 so i went o the lowest point I could find on the floor as the water in the video pushed me in to the corner i block the blocks to stop the water pushing me and found 2 lapis blocks.

I then mined straight for around 6 blocks as lapis is usually in doubles. i then mined down and fell to around 10 in some one else tunnel.

I then saw there was another tunnel 2 blocks along and broke 1 block to get in to the next tunnel, as you can see in the video i just kept stopping and then moving as i was talking with someone. at which point they entered my room and i was just pressing A and D moving back and forth as i was chatting with them. after they left i just looked up and mined straight in-front of me as i didn't want to pursue the tunnel already mined out.

I then found a set of diamonds and was banned.

I have talked with TornadicManiac and he did understand my side of the story but felt that i needed to be banned as it does look strange.

I would not risk getting a permanent ban as i have been banned for x-raying previously. and there is not other server i play minecraft on I'm coming up to a year on the server now and would like to pass my year date and much more.

On my last ban i know i didn't fess up straight away which was a major mistake but i wouldn't risk it again at all.

I apologise for any inconvenience that I have caused, if you believe that I am x-raying I truly understand but after my last ban for x-raying. I made a promise to myself not just minerealm that I would never x-ray again.

Dude Xrayin AGAIN... You should be ashamed of yourself. You said you would never X-ray again. And what do I see here you banned again for the same exact reason as your previous ban. Whenever I find a group of dianonds I always tell staff to know I'm not xraying (this is not often as I often NEVER find diamonds) you should of learned. -1 I don't want to see you again

You've been banned for x-raying twice (99% sure). Appealing your ban shows that we learn from our mistakes, which you've failed to do. You also said you wouldn't x-ray again, but you were caught. I'm not trying to sound mean, or degrade your appeal, I'm pointing out that x-raying and getting banned twice is not only unfair to the community, but really tarnishes your reputation as a player. Now with that being said, you could be telling the truth, but usually most appeals like this, don't go very well unless the player confesses and apologizes for trying to deny x-raying in the beginning. Only you know if you commited this detestable crime. I would resort to honesty if you seek being unbanned, but I don't know you enough to be able to make an assumption. Good luck with appealing your ban, though.

I was not caught x-raying I was caught mining diamonds. If the mods checked my tunnels and what not they would find there all in straight lines no veining off and just getting diamonds.

This is the first time I've gone mining since I started my build, I know people go on mining trips and get like 3 stacks of diamonds i get 14 and get banned.

I fell its just a misunderstanding Torn is new to the mod scene and might not have the experience other mods have in identifying an "x-rayer" as Ryu did when i was caught before.

I feel I've been banned on an assumption rather than enough evidence, I've seen the evidence myself and my 1st post will explain the full video and more.

I've seen the video he was accused for, from what I've seen it doesn't appear for sure he is hacking. I wouldn't have banned him from the evidence shown and would have waited longer. Also knowing Kezznibob personally I don't think he is foolish enough to do the same wronging twice. I believe it was a bit early and a bit unfair of a ban with the information showed. Also reading over what his excuse was it does fit pretty well to the video. Once again, he was banned and the staff team that did a great job of ensuring they had evidence in the past (the first time he was banned) leading me to believe he isn't so silly to do it again. This time there should have been as much or at least a bit more proof in my opinion to pin it as cheating.
So with that said I'm going to say +1.

Okay, so mocking Torn won't help your case at all. Mods know what x-raying looks like, it's pretty obvious when somebody hits 3 diamond veins within a short amount of time. You are guilty of x-raying, so confess to it. Instead of trying to bash the staff.

Yes - you were caught mining diamonds. This is the reasoning behind me banning you:

When I first tp'd to you, I found you in this dark 2x1 pathway that you claim was a random choice to dig.

Having looked at this tunnel a little more, I found that infact you hit not one, but two pockets of diamonds in this dark 2x1 tunnel. I then continued to watch you and followed you until you started digging again.

From my point of view. you entered the second pre-lit 2x1 tunnel and was walking up and down the wall as if "looking" through the wall. You then stopped for a second or so and mined straight ahead of you. You dug quite a long, unlit 2x1 tunnel straight to diamonds.

Now, based on where I found you and what I saw next, in my eyes I had no choice. I found it suspicious I found you where I did and then to watch you dig straight to diamonds for apparently the second time? That's when I made my mind up.

Yes i did hit two pockets of diamonds but it was just a random tunnel made at the bottom the carvan i had fell in to from my mine on my realms. it was a 2x1 tunnel yes and it was not lit with torches i don't see how this has any relevance you can see in the dark on minecraft with out torches just enough to mine. and i only make straight tunnels mines since my ban of x-raying last time as its the best way to mine on this server. and of course is the easiest way to mine, you can check all my old mines on my old realms.

I then stopped mining in the first tunnel as it was private in that direction and came out to have a look around the carvan, at which point you started recording and the video and my explanation up top explains the rest.
