I was walking on the bridge outside of spawn when I left spawn realm. Kress91 jumped out and killed me taking:
2 Diamond Picks
1 Diamond Sword
Full Diamond Armour
3 Stacks of Iron and 27 Loose Iron Ingots and 9 Iron Ore
Also more unimportant stuff
I have no pictures of him in the act but I do have a screenshot of him saying he did. I will probably not get my stuff back but if possible BAN him.

I did see the whole incident, and I do wish him to be banned. I am a witness of the event.

BUT

you have no legit proof (screenies of him killing you). There is a chance the mods will ban him due to his admittance of the spawn camping, but I wouldn't count on it.

off-topic: Why on earth would you EVER go into the wilderness with all that?! Its pracitally like saying "Here I am, giving away free precious metals!"

To be fair, Kress, TokyoDrifter, Lightbulbs, Tcrockz, and I were having a war on the bridge. You probally knew this and yet you went out there anyway and once again it's your fault for carrying so many valuable items on you out of spawn. Also, to my knowledge someone standing outside spawn in a small area that is VERY often used as an area of PVP, which also has little to no use for a means of travel, and you deliberartely walking right into his face is not considered getting spawn camped. Also, seeing as dragon just made a new post, you also do not have significant proof.

Also, he did not walk right into his face. Kress was hiding in a corner just inside the building. If I remember correctly, he was also crouched while it happened.

Although I do not have proof of this, I must say: just before this incident, I saw random blocks being destroyed and the lava pouring out. I saw no name, or character destroying it. A couple moments later i suddenly died, seeing nobody attack me. No, I do not have screenshots of this, I just thought I should say it.

I can personally say they were having a war before I signed off for quite awhile because I went and watched for awhile. As far as the ban request goes I won't be banning him myself but I don't know about the rest of the mods.

I don't see a foul here. If you're out of spawn in a pvp area, then you can get killed. Also why would you ever take that many valuable items out into the wilderness?
