Frankly, I have no idea what I have done that can possibly be considered wrong in the eyes of admin or mods.
Last night, I joined your server, and it was great. Most people were nice, and I went about a kilometer away from spawn so that the griefers would leave me alone, and I made my wee house on an island. Aelcalan saw my house, and we both thought it was pretty cool. Below my house was an utterly gigantic cave system, and I spelunked it as much as I possibly could. I had an idea, and I wanted to make a little "lotto" game with some redstone and a dispenser. As there weren't any spiders to get string for the bow for the dispenser, I had to look for some dungeons. I looked in a cave system on the neighboring island and found three very close to the cave's tunnels. And to my great pleasure, in one of them, I found string. I made a bow, but I never actually made the dispenser, because I didn't trust people to not just take it for themselves if I made it. My next project was a neat tower on the side of my island, that boats could pull into and pop out the top, then fall onto my island. I also grew a lot of trees and reeds on the island. I enjoyed making bookshelves as a sort of "currency" to trade with, because they look nice and most people don't want to make them for themselves. If I have been accused of griefing, please, ask Aelcalan, I'm not a bad person, and I hate griefers myself. I would never do such an atrocious thing. I talked in all caps 2-3 times, but that could only be seen as a slight mishap. Please, I really enjoyed your server and would love to continue playing on it.
This all occurred on Creative. Please have pity, I honestly don't see what I did wrong, but I won't ever do it again.

I also destroyed a lava tower, I forgot. There wasn't a name on it, and it looked like someone made it there just to be annoying.

Actually, you should already be good. There was a misunderstanding, and Intelli's already been notified that you should be unbanned, last I heard.

You left a sign that was along the lines of like "I took your stuff :p" which is like a zero tolerance since the chest was empty next to it you were banned. The misunderstanding was it was in your own house so it's was just miscommunication between us and you were banned before we noticed that. But yes Intelli was notified I guess he just never got around to unbanning you last night but he will.

You know, this is actually sort of funny--I left that sign there myself as a deterrant to griefers. My ACTUAL chest would never be left out in the open. I figured that if a griefer saw that sign and an empty chest, they would simply walk out with a sigh. I didn't foresee this occurrence, though. So, yes, I purposefully placed the empty chest AND sign there myself. It's still my house, I didn't steal it from someone else. :lol:

Yeah that's where the miscommunication came into place and why you were banned, we didn't realize till after we walked out it was your house :p Sorry about that but don't worry you'll be unbanned as soon as we get the chance.

This isn't much of an inconvenience! I'm glad it was resolved so quickly. Well, sir, I thank you as well as Aelcalan for being so quick with the responses and explaining the situation. This really is a great server.

Aelcalan was roaming around and came across the sign which of course he let us know, he thought someone stole the stuff there. He was confused as you were lol. But yes I liked it looked very nice, especially the outside.

Thanks! I don't want to get too off-topic, as that would most likely be against your forum rules, especially since this is in the ban section, but I would like to note that I love the sense of community here and how if something bad like stealing happens, people are notified and action is taken (even if the victim of said action is me).
