Ok, today marks the 1 month anniversary of Lizard's banning. No staff member has bothered to make a decision yet, while countless other appeals have had decisions made in that large period of time.

I am sorry for the disrespect here, but that is utterly disgusting and outrageous. Lizard should have had an answer a long time ago, in my opinion.

Right, so it looks like this isn't your first offense. You were previously banned for griefing and advertising. You need to understand that no matter how dedicated you are to becoming unbanned, the offenses you committed are not taken lightly by staff. If this was your first ban it would be different but seeing as you've already been unbanned twice before it's a lot more serious.

It's our job to keep the server free of rule breakers and I can't say we would be fulfilling that role if we continuously unban people over and over. You have got to realize you have broken not only two but three major rules. With griefing and advertising under your belt it was important you maintain a clean record from there on which didn't happen.

I noticed you have been patiently waiting for staff to post so I thought I'd let you know what's up, although it's really up to the admins to make any final decision so you will have to await one of them.

I know this isn't going to change anything, but the first ban was my brother, I know still my fault blah blah blah, and the griefing thing, Intelli just random;y banned me, then I was unbanned a day later, and noone said what I. "Griefed"

I don't give a damn about my safety right now.
(Sorry for my potty mouth , happens when I'm frustrated and sometimes mad)

Anyway, many other people have been unbanned after 2 offenses... and Lizard has been very patient. Most people would have given up on the server like 10 days ago. That means even if Lizard was purposely hacking, why would he go through the trouble of waiting all this unless he thinks he won't be banned again? He'd have to be a madman to want to get banned again and wait over a month again. I understand this is his 3rd offense, and it should be taken seriously. But it's a game. The poor guy's been waiting a whole month, just to get back on the server. He really should be unbanned. Games are meant to be fun, not torturous (except the Hunger Games).

Thanks for risking a forum ban for me! This is so true, also like 15 people have supported me on this thread, including agent! And I'm sure many more would like me back
And the admins are obuisly just ignoring this thread, as they are always in the ban section, replying to every thread but this
