Incorrect. If you had understood what I said you would of known this. It was one ban, entered into the log twice. So no, a ban is not a ban depending on how you "slice the cake". Throwing around idioms does not make your point any more right.

1. I've yet to engage in illegal PVP since then.

2. I was banned by Panthers for stealing soup in the Nether. Intelli proceeded to unban me in my appeal, and say it was an illegal ban because Nether theft was allowed.

3. I have yet to x-ray since being banned in the purge. I.E. not rebanned in the gold purge.

4. Unsure what that was.

5. After random hack tests by Kerovon, I proved I hadn't been using a hacked client since the speed hack.

Overall, I've had a pretty good record for learning my lessons, comrade.

You haven't repeated any specific offense, or at the very least, have yet to be caught. If, on three separate occasions, you were to rob a bank, kill a man, and set fire to a neighborhood, would you expect your record not to come into consideration when the punishment was given? Criminal records always count for something, and repeated offenders tend to be treated with a little less benevolence than any thief, murderer, or arsonist.

I'm sorry Cog, but I must agree with Kress... Do you know how closely Intelli watched him after he was unbanned for his Speed hacking? Do you even know WHY He was banned this time? Harassment is what he said, nothing about his previous bans and whatnot so i dont even see why those come into play if he was forgiven and unbanned for them. So please cog, we all know that the only reason you bother to post in this thread is to post your OPINION (which saves said something against) on why he should stay banned, holding by your stupid realm war grudge you have against him.

Everyone needs to seriously stop posting. Intelli will deliberate whether or not Kress is to be unbanned, No matter how much you guys think your opinion counts... it doesn't. Kress is not lightbulbs and this is NOT a community Trial where the community seals his fate. So if i were you.. I would listen to what the mod said about Opinions. Otherwise, you can all deal with Uncle Saves and his Ban Hammer of Hell.

Kress, as for you, I hope Intelli sees how serious you are considering you sounded very serious on skype when we spoke about this a week after it happened. Also i think it best for you not to respond to these people whom post on your appeal, and to just let Intelli figure out what it is he is going to do about your situation... No, that about sums it up. What you're seeing is something I've termed the Lightbulbs Effect. A player "terrorizes" the server and everyone calls for his head. Then once he is gone, they clamor for him to be brought back for a variety of (usually) ridiculous reasons. Rules are rules and there's really not much excuse for repeated violations, especially from a veteran player. Now, I like Kress and I think it's a shame to see what he has brought upon himself, but... so it goes.

Now I'm tired of seeing the same old arguments, so this is the last warning you'll get from me to stop posting in this thread unless you are a mod/admin or Kress (for the purposes of bumping the appeal). Temp. bans will be meted out for violations.
