I've never seen Kress blatantly act out towards other well known/respected members of the community, more or less it's just him bashing on stupid newbs for being stupid, which is completely understandable. You guys all know it, the people who don't read any signs at spawn and just ask every question they can possibly think of that can be solved by reading the signs or /help.

These are people, who really don't deserve the respect of the community, and moreso deserve the Kress treatment, but some of you might say who am I to judge? A contributing well rounded member of the community, that's who I am.

I support the unbanning of Kress, but my opinion (sorry Saves D:) can be easily changed since we don't actually know SPECIFICALLY what Kress did in the first place. Good luck, god speed.

He's shown that he'll break rules as he pleases, and then proceed to lie to get back onto the server. One ban should be enough of a warning to set him straight, but over five?

1. I've yet to engage in illegal PVP since then.

2. I was banned by Panthers for stealing soup in the Nether. Intelli proceeded to unban me in my appeal, and say it was an illegal ban because Nether theft was allowed.

3. I have yet to x-ray since being banned in the purge. I.E. not rebanned in the gold purge.

4. Unsure what that was.

5. After random hack tests by Kerovon, I proved I hadn't been using a hacked client since the speed hack.

Overall, I've had a pretty good record for learning my lessons, comrade.

Some of the bans may have been for silly reasons (soup stealing in the nether) but it doesn't change the fact that you've been banned 5 times when no one else (correct me if I'm wrong) has been banned more than twice, why don't you just try not breaking the rules in the first place?

You haven't repeated any specific offense, or at the very least, have yet to be caught. If, on three separate occasions, you were to rob a bank, kill a man, and set fire to a neighborhood, would you expect your record not to come into consideration when the punishment was given? Criminal records always count for something, and repeated offenders tend to be treated with a little less benevolence than any thief, murderer, or arsonist.

Ban 4 was part of ban 3 most likley. If you got unbanned for the diamond xray purge then you would get unbanned right away, then rebanned for your punishment time period, so that should only count as one ban, not two. Of course this is all what i recall.
