Guys, he has been given several warnings, but this is his first ban. No need to keep repeatedly stating he hasn't changed or he will be permabanned. He is intensely disliked, we get it. As for you U2QU, you should know not to do anything to a realm disbanded or not unless you contacted staff first and waited for about 2 weeks. As for everyone who doesn't like him, he is sorry and he has changed. He had a bad bad past, but he does sincerely care to be unbanned, which does count. Give him a chance to prove his kindness. U2QU does dislike intensely pvpers, but so does a lot of people. Even I once hated pvpers. Give him a chance. If you were nice to him, he would actually be a very kind and well-rounded community member.
U2QU, if you are to be unbanned, I hope you learn that if you really have to rage against dying because a pvp camper, just log off so you won't offend them and get yourself near a ban. Give him one chance, just one chance. I gave him one and he didn't fail me and I am a pvper.

Throughout this forum I had been staying neutral and had not chosen a side because, of the past arguments and issues I had with u2qu. However, I have noticed that quite recently I had noticed change in u2qu after an argument I had due to the fact that he may have tried to do something to harass me (which was a misunderstanding) but after this issue, u2qu had changed in mode after being warned by me that I would file a ban request. Although it was to avoid being banned, u2qu did change and we actually became good acquaintances. I believe (even though I used to be disgusted with him (that isn't true anymore)) that he should be given a second chance to redeem himself.

U2qu's nature can be very aggressive and hard to agree with and I feel that I can be hard to understand if he is trying to apoligize or is trying to show that he is right. It is not in his nature to be an apologetic person because of his personality. I believe people here are biased because of his actions and want him banned because of it, well I felt like that too, but for a good vote to whether he should be brought back, it just be casted with a neutral look and not biased because of feeling of annoyance of distaste from past misconceptions or arguments.

All I am trying to accomplish in my past post is to set all biases against u2qu aside and to have a clean and good vote on whether he shall leave the server permanently or whether he rejoins his fellow members and reforms his wrongs and proves to the community that the staff's choice to bring u2qu back was a good and well thought out choice.

To roach, I understand that and that is not what I wanted to do. All I truly wanted was have an unbiased vote. I didn't have intentions to infer that people can't assert their opnions or to oppress their opinions.

To be honest, many of the people who have presented their arguments in this case have an unprejudiced vote. Most votes, not necessarily all, votes have some sort of integrity behind them.

Well I'm glad that that is happening and it's all that I ask for as I have seen improvement in his behavior and just don't want to make us look like we discourage change or improvement to a person to try to help the community just because, their aggressive nature/behavior makes it distasteful to return because of past issues.
