The rules are in affect to stop people from ruining the game from other people.
I realize that I broke a rule, however I did not ruin the game for anyone else.

Actually, if you accidentally kill someone, You get sent to jail for manslaughter, which has much less of a sentence than 1st degree murder. To relate, purposely hacking=permaban, accidental hacks= appeal possibly

Things you can be permanently banned for:

1. Hacking.
2. Griefing. (Destroy other peoples structures)
